This unique healing experience is designed to guide you on a journey in soothing the nervous system. An eloquent combination of Restorative yoga led by Jess Trudeau will be crafted with a nourishing live Soundbath with Shemaia Skywater. Jess will guide you through a handful of deeply nourishing fully supported Restorative postures while Shemaia shares frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, bells, rain sticks, tuning forks, frame drum, handpan, monochord, the voice, gong and other instruments. Allow yourself to be completely held and supported in a nurturing cocoon of sound and pure relaxation. Dive into the depths of release and experience restoration like never before. YOGA FOR ECOGRIEF
An embodied invitation to honor, open to, and move through our collective pain for the world in these times of intersecting crises, transition, and healing. Following opening meditation and the chance to connect with one another, we will begin with a discussion of ecological grief (the cost of repressing it and the radical power of turning toward it) and how this relates to yoga as a relational, somatic, and embodied practice. We will then move together through a slow and accessible sequence that embodies the deep work of honoring, opening to, and moving through our collective pain for the world as a pathway for radical transformation. Our short heart-centered practice, drawing on The Work that Reconnects and the wisdom of many other teachers for our times, will weave together meditation, pranayama, mudras, and yin and restorative asana, all within a safe, trauma-conscious container. Yoga practitioners of all experience levels are welcome.

MEDITATION + MINDSET JOURNALING
Expect a deep dive into yourself. We will quiet the mind, and focus its attention on the present moment. As the breath becomes the anchor for the body, this practice will calm the nervous system and encourage compassion, inspiration, and the integration of all that arises. We will close the practice by journaling with specific questions that work with the subconscious to invite more clarity into your life.
Bring a journal or notepad, and something to write with. There will be a few cushions available, but please bring your own if you have one.
